Health and Wellness concentrates on the
physical, mental, and emotional being.
Groups work together to design healthy
lifestyles that can be maintained and
commit themselves to achieving goals. I
Am Royalty does not teach dieting rather
we provide information and support so
that people can transform to active living
and nutritious eating habits.
We teach people that their thoughts
govern their actions. The purpose of
many of the programs in this series is to
aid participants in developing healthy
methods of coping with emotional
distress. Once participants are educated
on coping techniques we then teach them
to center themselves through meditation,
prayer, and affirmation. We work to turn
negative emotions and experiences into
assets by finding ways to strengthen
ourselves and others. Our communities
deserve to be heart and mind healthy!!
I Am Royalty will work through any medium to reach our youth: school assemblies, work-shops, youth lock-ins, scouts,
churches, and community centers. We have various programs, but they all instill in our youth precepts that enforce an ideology
that they are someone who matters. Through dialogue, instruction, group projects, guest speakers, field trips or field research
young people will not only become familiar with the notion of success, but will be equipped with the skills and resources they
need to achieve victory. Youth will be enriched with knowledge from the following areas: history, leadership skills, speaking
techniques, volunteer efforts, networking, fundraising, formulating a positive self-image, sex education, economic enhancement,
personal finance, etiquette, spirituality, media reports, world religion, African history, music analysis, critical thinking, time
management, educational planning, and career planning. They will be introduced to the to true nature of African Americans; a
strong people with a long history of accomplishment.
Because we know the importance of imagery, we have programs that provide positive male role models on a consistent basis in
environments that lack the presence of positive strong Black males. These men in return teach the next generation of men how
to support and care for their communities.

Christian Education is an intentional and ethical way of life that
originates in the belief that God is love. Its purpose is positive
transformation and development of the "whole-self" of individuals and
communities.
-Wan Smith
The Church is responsible for its youth! It is important that WE as the Body of Christ educate our children not only spiritually, but in totality. The purpose of education is not only to produce doctors and lawyers, but a community of free thinking Christians who’s theology and relationship with GOD will allow them to stand against evil, propaganda, generational curses, BET, sexism, racism, materialism, dysfunctional households, etc., etc., etc.

The unique feature of this ministry is that it focuses on the totality of today’s youth. Your Pastor /Christian Education Director will be able to complete an assessment concerning the culture of your children and the youth will take a survey concerning their daily lives. The Pastor or Education Director will then use both instruments to choose workshops and classes that are catered directly to the needs and experiences of the youth in your congregation.
